In a real estate syndication, you pool your money together with other investors to invest in a real estate asset, like an apartment building, together.
As a passive investor in a real estate syndication, you get monthly cash flow checks without having to do any work.
You could invest your $50,000 in a rental property, but when the tenant's toilet breaks down at 3am, guess who they're going to call. Get your wrench ready!
On the flip side, you could invest that $50,000 passively in a real estate syndication (group investment), together with dozens and sometimes hundreds of other investors also investing $50k or $100k.
Together, you are able to buy a larger commercial asset, like an apartment building.
The asset management team manages the asset and handles any repairs and renovations on your behalf.
You? You get to sit back and live your life. You'll receive monthly updates on the property, as well as monthly cash flow checks.

So how much are we talking? Well, obviously every syndication is different, so we can't guarantee specific returns.
However, to give you a ballpark, we generally see cash flow returns of about 8% per year.
That means that if you were to invest $100,000, you could expect to get around $8,000 per year, all without having to do any work.
And, that's not even counting the additional profits that you would receive when the asset is sold.
Altogether, we aim to double your money (from $100,000 to $200,000, for example) within the span of the project hold time, typically 5 years.
